Upconversion Sr2(Gd.98-xEr.02Ybx)8Si6O26 (SGSO:2Er3+/xYb3+) phosphor materials were synthesized using a citrate sol-gel process. X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed their hexagonal structure. Field emission scanning electron microscopy images of SGSO:2Er3+/xYb3+ phosphors depicted submicron particles. The enhanced upconversion luminescence properties of SGSO:2Er3+/xYb3+ phosphors were analysed as a function of Yb3+ ion concentration and laser power. The energy transfer induced enhanced emission of the Er3+/ Yb3+ ions co-doped SGSO phosphors was ascribed to multi-phonon relaxation. The calculated chromaticity coordinates of the SGSO:2Er3+/xYb3+ phosphors showed emissions could be tuned by changing Yb3+ ion concentration. Optimized sample exhibited the chromaticity coordinate values near to the ultra-high definition television standard green emission coordinates. 相似文献

A novel mullite-bonded SiC-whisker-reinforced SiC matrix composite (SiCw/SiC, SiC whisker-to-SiC powder mass ratio of 1:9) was designed and successfully prepared. Before preparing the composite, the inexpensive lab-made SiCw was first modified by an oxidation/leaching process and then coated with Al2O3. The kinetics results indicate that the oxidation process can be described by improved shrinking-cylinder models. The aspect ratio of SiCw improved after modification. Subsequently, raw materials with a SiC–SiO2–Al2O3 triple-layered structure were obtained after the Al2O3-coating process and used as feedstocks during the subsequent hot-pressing sintering. Finally, the characterization of the composites indicates that the mullite-bonded sample performs better (relative density of 93.8?±?1.4%, flexural strength of 533.3?±?18.2?MPa, fracture toughness of 13.6?±?2.1?MPa?m1/2, and Vickers hardness of 20.6?±?2.5?GPa) than the reference sample without the mullite interface. The improved toughness could essentially be attributed to the moderately strong interface bonding and effective load transfer effects of the mullite interface. 相似文献

Coal-fired power plant is the largest anthropogenic mercury source. Active carbon injection technique has been widely used to control the mercury emissions. However, high operation cost limits its development and it is necessary to find other potential mercury sorbents. In this study, raw semi-coke and a series of novel cerium (Ce) modified semi-cokes were synthesized and utilized for removing elemental mercury (Hg0) from simulated flue gas. It is noteworthy that the efficiencies were tested without hydrogen chloride (HCl) in order to evaluate the sorbents efficacy for low-chlorine (Cl) coal. The results show that the modified sorbents exhibited the best performance at 150 °C. The performance of sorbent could be reinforced due to the existence of oxygen (O2), nitric oxide (NO) and HCl. The adverse effect caused by sulfur dioxide (SO2) reduced dramatically after Ce modification. The negative impact of ammonia (NH3) on Hg0 removal in this study could be neglected owing to the tiny concentration of NH3. Raw semi-coke provided sufficient carbon content, which is favorable to mercury adsorption. As Ce loading increased, the carbon structure changed and the crystal of cerium oxide was formed in the modified semi-coke. The mass fraction of cerium oxide on the sorbent was over 4.4% when the concentration of Ce modification solution was higher than 0.2 mol L−1. The redox reaction activity and the oxygen storage ability of Ce3+/Ce4+ gave a huge boost to the performance of modified semi-coke. The addition of Ce also had an impact on the proportion of oxygen species. 相似文献

Over the last decade, narrow-band emitters have been recognized as key enablers for light emitting diodes (LEDs) backlights in liquid-crystal displays (LCDs) by competing with other display technologies. Today, efforts have been devoted to the exploration of narrow-band green/red luminescent materials with high quantum efficiency and excellent stability to optimize the performance of LED backlights. This review first presents an overview of the significant progress made in the development of narrow-band emitters used in LED backlights for LCDs with the emphasis on the versatile materials databases from doped phosphors to luminescent II–VI, III-V semiconductor quantum dots, and the recent halide perovskites nanocrystals and bulk metal halides. Subsequently, the correlation of structure-luminescence properties, and the device performance optimization of these emitters have been analyzed. The focus is placed on summarizing and comparing the remarkable examples of outdated and new narrow-band luminescent materials as potential candidates in LED backlights. 为研究高校既有建筑室内人群散发对室内VOCs的影响,对高校不同人群样本的教室及会议室两类典型人群密集房间,共82个人群样本对象进行了VOCs采样分析,得到不同实际场景下的人员相关的VOCs浓度水平,并对其潜在的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,共确认了29种与室内人员相关的高检出率且较高浓度值的物质,包括芳香族化合物9种,烷烯烃类9种,酮类和醛类8种,醇酯类以及卤化物3种,并得到主要VOCs物质的浓度水平和I/O比。对影响因素的统计分析表明,室内人员密度、季节和房间类型对不同VOCs物质存在显著性影响,其中季节性因素对目标VOCs污染物影响最为广泛,其次是房间类型与室内人员密度。该研究可为进一步了解人员密集室内VOCs污染现状及控制策略提供一定的科学参考。 相似文献

A new mechanoluminescent phosphor was developed from a sodium (Na) superionic conductor (NASICON)-structured Na3Sc2(PO4)3:Eu2+ phosphor that is known for its self-healing properties. The compound that crystalized assuming monoclinic C2/c symmetry was found to be blue-emitting, with no noticeable persistent luminescence. Thermoluminescence analysis showed that the phosphor had two prominent distinct thermal emission bands corresponding to the high-temperature β- and γ-phases of the composition. The mechanoluminescence properties of the material that does not have any persistent luminescence at room temperature were investigated by imparting impulsive strain. The compound on charging with 365 nm radiation was found to have significant mechanoluminescent emission originating from shallow defects present in the β-phase of composition that formed by the stress-induced phase transition process. Its emission characteristics and temporal behavior were investigated by varying the impact velocity. 相似文献

为最大限度地利用FPSO上热站锅炉的烟气,减少FPSO上惰气系统能源消耗,对惰气系统配置及控制方式进行了改进。即惰气系统采用1台烟气模式、1台柴油模式,并与之对应配置2套完全独立的惰气总管,和1套公共控制系统。惰气系统工作时,烟气模式优先运行,烟气量不足时,柴油模式运行,产生的惰气作为烟气模式的补充。采用这种惰气系统,不但对FPSO热介质加热炉产生的烟气可以充分利用,减少柴油消耗量,节约惰气系统燃料成本,而且可以同时进行外输及洗舱作业,提高生产时率。 相似文献

The concept of using an ambipolar bilayer semiconducting heterostructure in organic light-emitting transistors (OLETs) is introduced to provide a new approach to achieve surface emission. The properties of top-gate-type bilayer OLETs with ambipolar materials based on two types of fluorene-type polymers used as an emissive layer and an electron blocking layer are investigated. Line-shaped yellow–green emission occurs near a hole-injection electrode. When hole transport is dominant in the upper layer which acts as an electron blocking layer, and electrons are injected into the lower layer, an in-plane light-emitting pattern is observed. The measured in-plane emission zone confirms that both hole and electron transport are determined to occur mainly along the different organic layers between the source and drain electrodes, and an in-plane recombination zone of electrons and holes exists near the bilayer organic interface. This work is anticipated to be useful for the development of in-plane light-emitting transistors. 相似文献

There is an increasing need to develop stable, high-intensity, efficient OLEDs in the deep blue and UV. Applications include blue pixels for displays and tunable narrow solid-state UV sources for sensing, diagnostics, and development of a wide band spectrometer-on-a-chip. With the aim of developing such OLEDs we demonstrate an array of deep blue to near UV tunable microcavity (μc) OLEDs (λ ∼373–469 nm) using, in a unique approach, a mixed emitting layer (EML) of poly(N-vinyl carbazole) (PVK) and 4,4′-bis(9-carbazolyl)-biphenyl (CBP), whose ITO-based devices show a broad electroluminescence (EL) in the wavelength range of interest. This 373–469 nm band expands the 493–640 nm range previously attained with μcOLEDs into the desired deep blue-to-near UV range. Moreover, the current work highlights interesting characteristics of the complexity of mixed EML emission in combinatorial 2-d μcOLED arrays of the structure 40 nm Ag/x nm MoOx/∼30 nm PVK:CBP (3:1 weight ratio)/y nm 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BPhen)/1 nm LiF/100 nm Al, where x = 5, 10, 15, and 20 nm and y = 10, 15, 20, and 30 nm. In the short wavelength μc devices, only CBP emission was observed, while in the long wavelength μc devices the emission from both PVK and CBP was evident. To understand this behavior simulations based on the scattering matrix method, were performed. The source profile of the EML was extracted from the measured EL of ITO-based devices. The calculated μc spectra indeed indicated that in the thinner, short wavelength devices the emission is primarily from CBP; in the thicker devices both CBP and PVK contribute to the EL. This situation is due to the effect of the optical cavity length on the relative contributions of PVK and CBP EL through a change in the wavelength-dependent emission rate, which was not suggested previously. Structural analysis of the EML and the preceding MoOx layer complemented the data analysis. 相似文献
